Troubleshooting

Problem
When I call my Ring2Me number, it just comes up in Skype as a chat, not as a telephone call. / I see an incoming call but I cannot answer the call.

Solution

Step 1

Go to TOOLS on the top bar options of your Skype

Step 2

Click on OPTIONS. You should see this:

Click on Call. You should see this:

Step 4

Make sure that you enable "Allow anyone to call me"

Step 5

Save.
